Our Mission - The parents, staff, and community of Crestview Elementary accept the challenge of developing our students to become lifelong learners by striving for personal and academic excellence, encouraging positive choices, setting realistic goals and building respect for others.
Leadership and Decision-Making - Establishing a team structure with speciﬁc duties and time for instructional planning.
42 A Leadership Team consisting of the principal, teachers who lead the Instructional Teams, and other key professional staff meets regularly (twice a month or more for an hour each meeting).
Curriculum, Assessment, and Instructional Planning - Engaging teachers in differentiating and aligning learning activities.

3410 The school implements a system-wide monitoring process (such as practiced in Kansas MTSS) that utilizes collaborative instructional teams who meet regularly to review student data from screening, progress monitoring, and outcome assessment to identify next steps for instruction for students across all tiers.
